Elizabeth's first experience with Healing Touch and Guided Imagery was during her own cancer treatment and recovery. She credits them with getting her successfully through treatment (surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation), post-treatment recovery, and keeping her cancer free since 2008. Inspired by this experience, she decided in 2018 to help others through their healing journeys and completed certification in Healing Touch, Healing Touch for Animals, and Interactive Guided Imagery. She also completed requirements for Reiki Master.

Healing Touch and Reiki are holistic and integrative healing modalities that complement western medicine by ensuring the whole person and their life experience are factored into their path towards healing and living their lives fully. Energy healing impacts every aspect of our being (emotional, mental, spiritual as well as physical) and works best when the client takes an active role in their care.

Interactive Guided Imagery (IGI) is a therapeutic technique that promotes relaxation, healing, and problem solving. IGI is a powerful tool for managing stress, overcoming fears, and facilitating healing on multiple dimensions. It taps into our subconscious mind's innate ability to create meaningful images and sensory experiences that provide insight into our circumstances, making it an effective and engaging form of therapy.

In addition to supporting those recovering from injuries and illnesses, Elizabeth partners with clients navigating major life events such as job changes, retirement, marriage, divorce, and grief.

She is a passionate LGBTQ ally and supports those dealing with everyday challenges as well as with issues specific to the community. Elizabeth sees clients in-person in Drexel Hill, PA and remotely across the U.S.
